CRUEL!
We saw this dog being chained under the tree for couple of days. He stayed there day & nights. No matter its hot weather or raining. The owner just don't care!! Whenever we passed by and realise that his owner was out, we will surely remove the chain and let him go.
But dogs instinct is that they will surely go back to their own house no matter what!
We even wrote a note for the owner and asked him not to tide his dog there. But he just dont care and ignore it.
Ended up, we have no choice but to call S.P.C.A to come over today and give the owner a warn and if he is still dont bother about this. They will take legal action. S.P.C.A are giving the owner one week time to get the dog a cage.

haha! Yes..I'll give the owner 1 week time too..If not, i will report to SPCA again!!;p
